Returns & Refund Policy

At Skyart.shop, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your wall art purchase. If necessary, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging materials and included hardware. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Items that have been customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Process
You must contact us at contact@Skyart.shop before returning any item. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label, packing instructions, and a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Issues with Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible. This includes problems such as damaged packaging, wrong size, incorrect design or color, or missing parts or hardware.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with personalized text or images.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you should follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Once your return is approved, the corresponding credit may be applied toward your replacement purchase.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, which usually takes 3–5 business days, we will inform you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear.
